Gary is a second generation real estate professional with over 31 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his brokerage career with Grubb & Ellis in 1992 and within his second year, was named Overall Top Producer. In 1995, Gary, along with his family, started their own brokerage firm which was later sold to Colliers International in September, 1997. Over the course of his career at Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International and Voit Real Estate Services, Gary has consistently been among the highest producing agent in Sacramento. In 2005, Gary was the Overall Top Producing agent for Colliers International nationally.
During the start of his career, Gary focused on assisting banks in the disposition of their real estate assets. He was successful in selling a high percentage of the distressed commercial assets in the Sacramento region. Toward the end of the 1990s and through the early 2000s, Gary was instrumental in identifying and acquiring turn around properties for his clients which led to him being asked to join the partnership structure and provide the presentation packaging for the equity and financing sources to fund the acquisition.
In 2014, Gary Gallelli left Voit Real Estate and started Gallelli Real Estate. He has successfully recruited the top talent in the industry as Managing Director and continues to be a top investment producer across the region. Gary has been awarded the Apartment and or the Investment Broker of the Year 8 times from the Sacramento Region Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and has sold over $2.5 billion dollars of commercial real estate over the course of his career.

Aman joined Gallelli Real Estate after spending close to 15 years in community banking in the greater Sacramento market focusing on commercial real estate and agribusiness. His primary drivers throughout his career have been to build lifelong relationships by delivering excellent customer service and being a trusted subject matter expert in his field.
Over his banking career, Aman has held progressive roles and responsibilities and before leaving was the Yuba Sutter Market President for Suncrest Bank (SBKK). As a senior member of the organization, Aman also joined the Special Assets Management team to assist with creative financing structures and quickly process dispositions of OREO. Bob Berndt joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2016 as a partner and Executive Vice President for the Bay Area. Bob’s move to Gallelli Real Estate followed a long and productive association with the SRS Retail Partners which began as The Staubach Company. Bob began his career at The Staubach Company’s Newport Beach office in 1989 where he handled multi-store roll-outs for such tenants as Tuesday Morning in Arizona and Southern California. After successfully managing and expanding a robust retail portfolio, Bob was asked to open a new Staubach office in the Bay Area.
In this new role, Bob successfully led AutoNation’s entry into the Bay Area and was lead on the high profile Barnes and Noble and Disney accounts. Bob was instrumental in the growth of Staubach’s Bay Area presence. He received several promotions and Top Producer Awards along the way. Bob continued to expand The Staubach Company’s sphere of influence by opening and managing the Walnut Creek office from 2007 until his move to Gallelli Real Estate in 2016. He was most recently named 2021 Top Three Producer for the company.

Tara is an invaluable component of the Retail Marketing Team and had worked since the early 2000s with Jason Gallelli. In addition to overseeing the production and compilation of all marketing and touring packages for the team’s entire business portfolio, she also provides technical and data support and handles daily operations. Tara excels in all aspects and details of the marketing and administrative process involved in landlord and tenant representation, land development and investment sales. Tara’s high level of organization and dedication to producing the best and highest quality media available has made publication materials produced by the Retail Team that have become the standard in the industry.
Brenda joined the Gallelli Retail Team in 2011. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, she was Administrative Assistant to the management team for Metropolitan P&L, a large insurance company. In addition, she was the Office Manager to West Pacific for 15 years, where she specialized in marketing, accounting and office administration. Brenda is a valuable asset to the Gallelli Team and contributes in the production of marketing materials, electronic marketing and distribution, invoice processing, lease preparation, research and many other general marketing and administrative related responsibilities to support the retail specialists team.

Robb Osborne began his career as an Investment Counselor and Sales Manager in the Silicon Valley where he controlled asset portfolios for Fortune 500 companies world-wide. As a South Placer County native, he returned home and began working as a commercial real estate agent at TRI Commercial Real Estate. In 2005, during his first full year in the business, Osborne earned the great honor of Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate “Rookie of the Year” and TRI Commercial “Top Producer” award.
In 2010, Osborne accepted a position at Voit Real Estate Services as lead office agent where he grew his group to include two additional agents: Cole Sweatt, Vice President and Brandon Sessions, Vice President. The group successfully became one of the highest earning commercial real estate groups in the region. In 2015, the Osborne Group moved operations back to TRI Commercial Real Estate as part of a collaborative effort to launch new branding initiatives.
To continue with their growth, the Osborne Group made the move over to Gallelli Real Estate in 2021, expanding on their services and success. Osborne’s lengthy credentials and enthusiasm for regional success compliments the skillset of the other professionals on his group. Brandon Sessions has over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, specializing in medical and general office leasing, tenant representation, owner-user sales, investment acquisition, and condominium development in the greater Sacramento area.
Sessions joined the Osborne Group in 2012 and has quickly become an expert and leader in commercial real estate. Brandon successfully manages a client portfolio including several small business owners, dentists, surgical centers, and regional developers. Kannon Kuhn graduated from Chapman University in 2018, where he studied Business Administration and was the captain of the Men’s soccer team. Kannon went on to work for a retail brokerage team at CBRE, after serving multiple internships with the company throughout college.
In the summer of 2019, Kannon transferred to TRI Commercial, now focusing on office brokerage. As a young member of the Osborne Group, Kannon assists with listings, represents tenants and users, and helps with gathering market research while handling both lease and sales transactions. Born into a real estate family in Placer county, Kuhn is knowledgeable with the local real estate market.

Sarah Sanders has over 23 years in marketing and advertising experience. She joined Robb Osborne in 2005 working as a Marketing Specialist. She project manages the day-to-day operations of the team to offer clients a seamless experience and enhance overall business.
Prior to joining the Osborne Team, Sarah worked in the health care industry in San Francisco, where she supported a multi-functional team with product positioning and new product launch strategies. Sarah’s primary role with the Osborne Group is to provide essential transactional assistance to the team through collaboration with clients, partners and vendors. She also manages all team marketing and advertising initiatives to promote new business and increase market visibility. From inception to adulthood, she maintains client relationships by coordinating feasibility meetings, supplying up-to-date market research, property valuations, contract preparation and final transaction completion.

Kristopher Krise joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2018 as Capital Markets Advisor. Prior to Gallelli, Kris spent over 5 years with Marcus & Millichap Capital out of Los Angeles. Kristopher is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, credit unions, hard money and bridge lenders.

Mr. Gallelli has an M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Civil Engineering) from the University of Alberta, Canada. As a broker with Knowlton Realty, Grubb and Ellis, Colliers International and GRE, Mr. Gallelli closed over $1,000,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions. Before bring his family to the Unitied States, Mr. Gallelli ran the Gallelli Group of construction companies in Alberta and was a major shareholder in two Canandian development companies – Pacific Developments and Venture Properties, which developed industrial, retail, residential & office projects. Mr. Gallelli was the Chairman and CEO of Pacific Jade Industries Ltd., and largest producer of nephrite jade in the world.
Laurinda has over 30 years of property and construction management experience with a number of major companies, including: Urban Retail – Stonestown Galleria Mall and medical building in San Francisco, CA; CB/Koll – General Manager, Vintage Oaks Shopping Center a ±835,000 square foot power center in Novato, CA; and most recently as Senior Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis managing three retail shopping centers totaling 800,000 square feet. Laurinda’s experience also includes Manager of Tenant Construction for Regency Centers, responsible for reviewing landlord building plans and tenant plans for any conflicts between them, oversight of construction of the tenant spaces to ensure required landlord work was completed for the tenant, and full coordination from lease signing to tenant opening for business. Other notable property developments she has worked on were Slatten Ranch in Antioch CA, and Gilroy Crossing in Gilroy CA. Prior to her move to construction management, Laurinda was a senior property manager for Regency and responsible for over 1,000,000 square feet of grocery anchored shopping centers.
Randy joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2017 as Vice President of Property Management. He brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in commercial, residential, and condominium management throughout California. He has an extensive background in investor relations, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and construction management. Randy was most recently Sr. Property Manager for Potter-Taylor & Co. where he was responsible for overseeing a retail portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 square feet for the past 23 years. In this capacity, Randy worked on the development of Sterling Pointe Shopping Center in Lincoln, Galt Village Center in Galt, Williamson Ranch Plaza in Antioch, as well as a major renovation of the Madison Mall Shopping Center in Fair Oaks. Randy’s early real estate experience includes managing a large office portfolio for Southmark/Johnstown Management as well as an office portfolio for The Cook Company both in Rancho Cordova, CA and Karl Karcher’s commercial and retail real estate holdings in Southern California.
Ron joined Gallelli Real Estate Management Services in 2023 as a property manager. He brings over 25 years of property management experience with both residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining the GRE team, Ron worked for a private real estate investment and management firm in Sacramento. He handled all accounts receivables and payables; prepared annual CAM reconciliations; negotiated, analyzed, and reviewed leases for new and existing tenants and frequently visited and inspected properties for potential hazards, and necessary capital improvements to make sure assets were well maintained. Ron continually strived for maximum return on investment for all properties he managed.
A Michigan native, Randy began his real estate career while attending college in Ann Arbor, working as a groundskeeper for a small apartment community. After graduating, he was offered a full time position as an administrative assistant in the Commercial Real Estate department, eventually working his way up to Property Management. Throughout his tenure in the industry, Randy has managed a variety of asset classes and portfolios in excess of 1,000,000 square feet across multiple states.
Reagan joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2021 as part of the commercial property management team. Reagan’s duties include detailed record-keeping, follow-thru of all maintenance or repairs on properties in addition to day-to-day management assistance and operational functions on assigned properties. Reagan works side-by-side with the property managers, tenants, vendors and others to assist in all aspects with the management of commercial properties.
Emma joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2024 as part of the commercial property management team.
Lisa joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2023 as part of the commercial property management team. Lisa has over 25 years of commercial real estate development experience in various management and operational roles.
Julie has over 30 years of experience in real estate. She started her real estate career in Reno, Nevada managing residential properties, homeowner associations and HUD properties. Her experience includes leasing and accounting of her portfolio. In 1995, she relocated to California and joined Gallelli Real Estate. At Gallelli Real Estate, she managed commercial property in Northern California ranging from Office Buildings, Retail Shopping Centers to an Industrial Warehouse. She expanded her career to include leasing retail shopping centers and tenant representation. Her extensive background includes accounting, preparing financials, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, property management, lease administration, leasing and tenant representation.
Elisa started with Gallelli Real Estate in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in commercial brokerage and property management covering many different roles, specifically as an Operations Coordinator and Property Management Accountant. Elisa leads the accounting department and provides support to Property Management. Elisa’s key accounting and financial competencies include overseeing property accounting staff by monitoring and approving financial operations, maintaining financial records, and preparing monthly financial statements.
Jamie joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2018 as part of the property management accounting team. She graduated from California State University Channel Islands with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jamie is responsible for utilizing cash and accrual accounting principles in order to prepare, analyze, maintain and deliver complete financial reports. Prior to joining Gallelli Real Estate, Jamie had two years of retail bookkeeping and cash management at Sprouts Farmers Market.
Ashley joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2022 as part of the property management accounting team. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she began her accounting career working for a local CPA firm. Since joining Gallelli, Ashley is responsible for the financial processing of transactions including accurate recording and issuing payment of invoices, as well as utilizing knowledge of tenants to properly apply rent payments.
Lisa has over 17 years of experience in Commercial Property Management accounting and lease administration. She handles lease abstracting, setting up leases in accounting/property management system, tenant billing and collections, tracking gross sales, calculating percentage rents and CPI adjustments, CAM reconciliations and assists with budgeting.
Amanda joined Gallelli Real Estate in 2023 as a part of the property management acquisition of the Summit Reno. Amanda has been with the Summit since 2021 and her duties include detailed record-keeping, follow-thru of all maintenance or repairs on properties in addition to day-to-day management assistance and operational functions on assigned properties. Amanda works side-by-side with the property managers, tenants, vendors and others to assist in all aspects with the management of The Summit.

Warren previously served as Vice President of Development & Operations for Gallelli Real Estate from 2003-2011 and then rejoined Gallelli Real Estate in 2017 as Vice President. Warren is an accomplished, versatile, commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of experience leading land development projects, leasing initiatives, asset management and client development. He has accumulated a vast wealth of knowledge while serving as the Senior Development Project Manager for firms such as Boos Development West and Buzz Oates Group. Today, Warren specializes in domestic and international ground-up commercial retail development projects.

Garrick Brown is one of the leading real estate analysts in the United States; he is a 25-year industry veteran analyst and thought leader in the space, as well as an experienced manager of large, national teams of researchers. He has a strong background in all the commercial real estate product types, though for the last 15 years he has primarily been known for his work in the retail space.

As Director of Operations, Carolyn is directly responsible for all operational functions for the company. With over 20 years of experience and a CPA background, she drives and manages key finance and administration areas including financials, revenue recognition, forecasting and planning, payroll, and employee benefits. She also streamlines and oversee sales financial operations, commissions, and contracts administration.
Carol worked in Public Accounting as a Staff Accountant for 25 years performing all aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, audits and tax preparation before coming to Gallelli Real Estate. Carol has substantial computer and software experience which include QuickBooks Pro, CCH Prosystems FX, Yardi-Voyager, Rent Manager Property Management and Microsoft Operating Systems. Carol is also an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice by the Internal Revenue Service since September 1990.
Lauren is a highly creative graphic designer and marketing specialist with over eight years of experience in the real estate industry. She is responsible for the creative direction and designing of custom artwork for print and digital marketing materials. A dedicated and detail oriented team player, Lauren has experience supporting multiple sales associates, providing office management and managing vendor relationships. She has effectively implemented innovative marketing strategies across all teams, managed website design, budgeting, social media, public relations and business development initiatives.
Karsen joined the Gallelli Real Estate team in 2022. She received her Bachelors of Science in Emerging Media and Digital Arts from Southern Oregon University in the winter of 2019. From there she has worked as a designer in the marketing department in the corporate housing industry before her transition to commercial real estate. Karsen assists with the production of marketing materials from property packages to email campaigns.
Since joining Gallelli Real Estate in 2015, Lisa Esway has been at the forefront of delivering a positive office experience to all clients, visitors & fellow employees. Lisa is responsible for creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by welcoming visitors, coordinating all front-of-the-house services and amenities, and supporting day to day office operations under the Executive Vice President of Operations.
