Our Story

Over 110 years of experience

When Gary Gallelli Sr. was approached by an old friend in 1980, he had no idea it would begin a very successful life long commercial real estate career. With just himself, a secretary, and an office, Gary launched a very successful investment sales platform in the City of San Francisco. Working alongside old Canadian connections, they completed numerous sale transactions with many record breaking prices of the era.

On the Second floor of their California Street Office, Gary Jr., Lisa, and Jason all joined their father in the new family business. While Lisa helped her father manage property, the boys were tasked with scouting the streets of San Francisco. Gary Jr. and Jason painstakingly noted all the first floor businesses on homemade maps that would later be sent out to clients and often ended up as framed artwork in local real estate Offices.

After leaving San Francisco, Gary Sr. and Jr. joined Grubb & Ellis in Sacramento. Gary Jr’s. career began taking off and he was making a name for himself in the investment sales industry as he earned the Grubb & Ellis’s Overall Top Producer award in only the second year of his career. After consistently being a top producer at Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International, and VOIT Real Estate Services, the Gallelli’s came together again in 2014 to form the modern day Gallelli Real Estate.
