The Plaza North is located at the northwest quadrant of N. McDowell Boulevard and E. Washington Street along Highway 101 in Petaluma, California. The City of Petaluma is a National Historic Landmark town that is ideally situated approximately 40 miles north of San Francisco and eight miles west of Sonoma, California.

Anchored by Hobby Lobby, Boot Barn, Grocery Outlet and CVS Pharmacy, this ±191,256 square foot neighborhood center benefits from convenient access to ±108,200 cars per day traveling along Highway 101 and is part of the retail epicenter of the trade area.

The city of Petaluma recently celebrated the widening of HWY 101 with the addition of 3.3 extra miles of carpool lanes to increase traffic flow and four additional soundwalls to reduce noise.
